Blue Basil is a company borne out of the desire to provide exceptional, beautifully presented food of the highest quality, while maintaining impeccable standards of service. We are committed to this philosophy. Our food is freshly made, using the best ingredients available, and our service staff is trained to graciously respond to, and even anticipate, the needs of our clients.
At Blue Basil, we offer two types of services to our customers. The first is what we refer to as “full-service catering”, where we provide all of the basics for your event, specifically, terrific food, quality rental items and a refined, professional staff. For a full-service event, we would either meet with, or have a telephone conversation with you. Based on the information exchanged, we would then put together a proposal created specifically for your event, complete with menu ideas, staffing and rental needs, and pricing information. There is an $800 minimum for all full-service events.
The second type of service that we offer is our “demi-catering” service, where we can provide you with just our fabulous food. All items to be served cold or at room temperature come beautifully arranged on high quality, black plastic platters, or on your own serving pieces, if you prefer. Anything that will need to be heated comes in foil pans with heating instructions. You then simply need to heat as directed, transfer to your own platters, and serve. We require a $200 minimum order.
